Our Warranty and Refund Policy
Warranty:
The warranty for the color and print of the fabric is 30 calendar days starting from the product delivery date- Cozoon has a no question asked return policy, if in case you receive a damaged product or if the product color gets faded in the first 30 days of the receiving (warranty), the product must be returned within 30 Calendar days’ from receiving.
We will inspect the damaged product and for genuine complaints,
- your cost according to your billing details will be returned.
- Cozoon will bear the return shipment charges according to the bill.
Return Policy:
For customized order there is no return policy. Payment would be advance and upfront. After receiving the advance 100% payment then the order will be put in preparation.
For Standard sheets there is a no question asked 7 calendar days’ return policy provided the following conditions
- The product shall be in the same condition as sent to the customer.
- The product will not be washed/used and should be along with the original packing.
- The customer will bear the return shipment cost.
For Damaged products Cozoon has a no question asked return policy, if in case you receive a damaged product or if the product color gets faded in the first 30 days of the receiving (warranty), the product must be returned within 30 Calendar days’ from receiving.

Exchanges:
